Ssm4u Terms & Conditions — Platform Usage Rules
This page contains the terms and conditions governing use of the ssm4u platform. Please read them carefully before registering or using any of our services. By using this platform, you agree to be bound by all the terms set out below.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the ssm4u platform available at ssm4u.co, you legally and bindingly agree to comply with all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are requested not to use the ssm4u platform.
These terms form a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and ssm4u ("Platform"). Your continued use of the platform following any amendment to these terms constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. ssm4u reserves the right to modify these terms at any time with reasonable notice to registered users.
The ssm4u platform is intended for users who are 18 years of age or older only. Users who have not reached this age requirement must leave the platform immediately. ssm4u reserves the right to request age verification at any time and may suspend accounts reasonably suspected of breaching this condition.
2. Account Registration, Security & User Responsibilities
Account Creation
Each user is permitted to hold one account only on the ssm4u platform. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts without compensation. All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
Password Security
Users are solely responsible for keeping their password confidential and for all activity that occurs under their account. ssm4u recommends using a strong, unique password and advises against sharing login credentials with anyone. ssm4u will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account.
User Responsibilities
Users agree not to use the ssm4u platform for any unlawful purpose, fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any conduct that could disrupt platform operations. Users also agree not to attempt to interfere with, damage, or gain unauthorised access to ssm4u's systems or data.
3. Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals
Currency & Payment Methods
All transactions on the ssm4u platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM). Accepted payment methods include TNG eWallet, DuitNow QR, Maybank2u, and other local payment options listed in your account's deposit section. ssm4u reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time.
Deposit Processing
Deposits are typically processed shortly after confirmation by the payment provider. ssm4u is not responsible for delays caused by third parties, including banks or digital wallet providers. If your deposit has not been credited within the expected timeframe, please contact our support team.
Withdrawal Conditions
Withdrawals are limited to the same payment method used for the original deposit. ssm4u reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing large withdrawals. Withdrawals that cannot be verified may be placed on hold or cancelled at ssm4u's discretion. Users are responsible for ensuring their bank account details are accurate and current.
4. Liability Limits & Account Suspension
Platform Liability Limits
Ssm4u shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform — including but not limited to financial loss, business interruption, or data corruption. The ssm4u platform is provided "as is" without any implied or express warranties regarding its accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
Ssm4u strives to keep the platform consistently available, but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Scheduled maintenance, system updates, or technical issues beyond our control may cause temporary disruptions.
Account Suspension & Closure
Ssm4u reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion that the user has violated any term in this document, engaged in fraudulent activity, abused promotions, or used the platform for unlawful purposes. Any legitimate funds held in a terminated account will be processed at ssm4u's discretion upon conclusion of the investigation.
5. Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Governing Law
Intellectual Property Rights
All content on the ssm4u platform — including logos, text, graphics, software, user interfaces, and layout — is the exclusive property of ssm4u or its licensors. Users may not copy, redistribute, republish, display, or modify any platform content without prior written consent from ssm4u.
Third-Party Links & Services
The ssm4u platform may contain links to or integrations with third-party services such as payment providers and game suppliers. ssm4u is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. Users are advised to review the relevant third-party terms and privacy policies independently.
Governing Law & Term Changes
These terms and conditions are governed by Malaysian law. Any disputes arising from the use of the ssm4u platform shall be resolved in accordance with the jurisdiction of Malaysian courts. ssm4u reserves the right to amend these terms at any time.
